Shipping & Returns

At Gretta Sloane, we are committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Please review the following shipping terms before placing your order.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently offer shipping within the continental United States only. All orders ship via UPS.

• Ground Shipping – Flat Rate: $20
• 2-Day Air Shipping – Flat Rate: $45
• Overnight Shipping (Standard Delivery) – Flat Rate: $60

Please note: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing

• Ground shipping orders placed before 12:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, will be processed and shipped the same day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST will be processed the following business day.
• Expedited orders (2-Day or Overnight) placed before 2:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, will be processed and shipped that day, excluding holidays.

All shipments are subject to product availability. In rare cases, fulfillment delays may occur if an item is back ordered or unavailable. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

If you require more urgent service, please call the boutique directly at 405-242-4044 and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Time

Once an order leaves our store, Gretta Sloane is not responsible for any missing, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We carefully inspect each item before shipping to ensure it is in new condition, and we pack all merchandise with care to help it arrive safely.

All shipping time frames are subject to product availability and UPS delivery schedules.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love everything you purchase from Gretta Sloane. If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to offer returns or exchanges under the following guidelines:

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted on full-priced merchandise only.
• Return request must be emailed within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and include all original tags.
• Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box, placed inside a shipping box.
• Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or price adjustment.

Non-Returnable Items

• Jewelry
• Lingerie, pajamas, and undergarments
• Swimsuits
• Apothecary
• Gift cards
• Discounted or promotional sale items
• Special orders

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email info@grettasloane.com with your full name, order number, and reason for return.
2. If your return meets the criteria listed above, we will email you a return shipping label.
3. Use the return shipping label provided to ship the package back to Gretta Sloane by the following business day.
4. A $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Gretta Sloane reserves the right to deny refunds if returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.

In-Store Returns

• Returns for a full refund to the original form of payment are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
• Returns for store credit or exchange are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges within 14 days of in-store purchase for a different size or style, subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to reserve your replacement item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we will refund the purchase price (minus shipping to and from) to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.
